On the basis of their strong design background, Jerome Scott & Partners Architects was selected to provide Professional Design Service for the Interior Renovation of Rhodes Tower for the Ohio Building Authority. The design concept takes advantage of the irregular floor plates and floor openings to develop a design parti that has the enclosed offices "ring," the atrium space, and locates all open office space to the exterior perimeter of the building. Consequently, all spaces receive natural light, and natural light is controlled to provide a soft light highlighting the sculptural forms and contrasting with the hard granite material.
